With 20 years of experience as a registered nurse, I bring a blend of clinical expertise, leadership, and heartfelt compassion to every patient I serve. My career has been shaped by deep work in oncology and transplant care, including my role as a Clinical Nurse Supervisor at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles in the Bone Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapy unit. There, I led regulatory readiness, quality improvement initiatives, workforce development, and staff education—experiences that strengthened my commitment to delivering safe, high‑quality, and deeply human care.

Today, I continue that mission at UCI Health, provided direct patient care. My nursing is grounded in integrity, collaboration, and compassion, with a strong focus on health equity and culturally responsive care.
